Do you work with Third Party Administrators?
We do not work with Third Party Administrators for our SELECT GROUP, OLD SOUTH, and WESTERN PRAIRIE products. Instead, all of the claims under our programs are handled directly by the insurance companies on an in-house basis. This is a huge advantage because there are no additional intermediaries involved. The in-house claims handling regimen expedites settlement and leads to increased customer satisfaction.
